This is definitely the WORST packers and movers I have come across. They are nothing but a bunch of CROOKS who make tall promises and dont deliver. They promise you callbacks and dont call or pick up the phone when you complain against non-delivery. The guy called SUNIL SHARMA from the Bangalore takes the cake when it comes to ARROGANCE and LIES. My car was picked up from transportaion from Bangalore to Guwahati in 23rd December 2009. I was initially told it would take 10-15 days (maximum) to reach. It is now 20 DAYS AND IT STILL HAS NOT REACHED! I had to keep calling them to find out the status. Most of the time they dont pick up the calls. On the day the car was supposed to arrive, I was told about a Maruti strike which would delay it by another 10 days by the gut called Sunil. And that too, only after I called up!

Dont deal with these people if you dont want to get cheated. Check out the other complaints on the net about their "services". I am going to take legal action against them and I suggest everyone to do the same if they have suffered at the nads of these people to teach them a lesson

Yes the guys Sunil Sharma from bangalore dealing customer as we have took some debt from him and also i used this sevice and its a worst and a worst service i ever faced the name called malik who is incharge from delhi office is not at all took responsibilty for any thing. follwing thing they provide
1.they never give your goods n time
2. charges would be high and the ask more more money in different way as they kept luggage in store room etc
3.the goods will be missing
4. if any thing as in my case dish antena they bought of my neighbour and when i send it back to they to return to my old address they havn't return ask addition charges to pick the antena fron they office.
5. they never kept there promise as said i call more then 100 time from STD they nver call back.
6. i miised my bill and request to themm to get dublicate bill even they said they courier i wait for 2 week and later sunil sharma told that he has not send courier sach a layer person thay had, and ask more money to gaive dublicate bill.

we hired Pragati moovers and packers on 7th of April 2010. Their workers came to pick our goods from our house in delhi to bangalore. They started packing some were packed & few unpacked (including one byke that they drove from our house and took the keys along with them).

And yes they broken our study table (costs Rs. 8000) while doing the packing.

Although they ensured us to send our consignment till 14th of April 2010. Next day (8th of April) i received a call stating that the goods sent by me are more than they thought. How much justified is this? His guy had given us they voucher showing all the items and i gave them some advance also (Rs 4500) and shown rest amount Rs 5500.

I m having all the vouchers and the quotation he gave to me. Now till 21st of April we have not received our goods, he has also sent us revised quotation. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

we had hired alliance international for transportation of our house stuff from Mumbai to Dubai.They initially quoted us the weight was 230Kgs but later on told us that weight has increased to 350kgs & charges us overRs.1lac for it.Later on we found our crockery broken as it was not packed properly & was just wrapped in newspapers.Further they didn't deliver some stuff at dubai as they claim it is not sllowed(Bean bags) & told us that they would deliver it at our parental home at indore.Now after 1 month of that promise they haven't delivered the same at indore.They are not taking our calls & when my wife tried to call them from indore they are shouting & using deregatory language.please help us in dealing with these people as they are spoiling name of india

I got transferred from jammu to kolkata and i looked for movers and packers and then i got quote from shiv ganga movers and packers which was of 35000 for household items and 15000 for car.They took the luggage from jammu on one clause that luggage will not be shifted from one truck to another and no other luggage of other person will be sent in the veh but they tried to put other person fridge double door and other items also when told not to do so they told they will charge 8000 /- extra for that then after reaching they shifted the luggage in other truck because of which many household items including washing machine got broken.The person called bedpal never used to speak rudely and never used to pick up the call also .My car was not traceable for 20 days and when tried to contact Mr bedpal he didnt have any answer for the same and then he had taken 3000/- extra for handing over the car.

I do not know what the particular incident is in full detail (referring to smn4soumen); but I can testify that Central Cargo Packers and Movers have done a thoroughly efficient and complete shifting job as far as my shift was concerned. I shifted from Bangalore to Noida last October, and I can say their services were quite satisfactory and prompt. As far as the question of this MR. Sharma goes, I do not know the man, as my secretary and son handled the shifting affairs at that time. I do not have any missing furniture or delayed items to complaint of. As far as the company Central Cargo Packers and Movers, Mumbai is their headquarters, and they have an impressive website you can look up. I suggest you folks contact the head office and lay down a detailed complaint there. Often, franchisee owners shoot off from the deeper values of the company on their own accord and it goes unreported to the core management. There are many companies in the business of packer and movers, Mumbai and nearby, and their company is rather reputed there.

Since my company does considerable business with Central Cargo packers and movers in various locations in Mumbai and the Delhi NCR, I think my services can be accredited to that link. I feel it would be best to make this kind of a formal complaint at their Mumbai or Delhi offices, the contact details of which can be easily found on their website. I know what delayed or lost shipments could feel like, and I empathize with you folk, but there is a selective solution to the problem. Report the incident(s) individually to the Central Cargo Packers and Movers Mumbai HQ, and the complaints cannot go unanswered. This way, you folk can save a lot of trouble and time. Hopefully my suggestion will be of some help and seen neutrally from a consumer’s point of view.

This is the worst service provider in this field no doubt about that.
I had talked to Mr sunil(9241299434)of Central Cargo Packers and Movers(Bangalore) for
shifting of my goods to kolkata from bangalore on 24 April 2012.We had finalized the
deal at Rs 8000.During packing of my goods they damaged my Refrigerator's
compressor.After which I called Mr.Sunil and he started showing his true color.He said
that damage will be covered under insuarance and you will have to pay RS10000,initally
the price was not including insurance and service tax (This is not true,he asked me
about my goods value then he said 8000 that included everything service tax and
insurance).Then I said that previously you said Rs8000 then he started disagreeng with
me and said if you want then you can take our service or pay us RS2000 for just visitng
at the site.My friend at the site asked them in polite way for the deduction in the
damage caused as it would not be covered under insurance.Packers and Movers guy started
using abusive language for my friends and said that whatever you want you can do but we
will not give you any compensation or your luggage back without Rs10000.In this hot
talk one of the guy got pushed away from my friend's hand.Watching the situation
Packers and Movers guy said that it was not their mistake but Sunil mistake and sunil
misguided you.After some settlements it was agreed by them that on 6thOf May 2012 goods
will be delivered to the location and money will be taken after delivery and they gave
in written that they had damaged the compressor.Very Next day I got called from Mr
sunil asking to transfer money to his account otherwise he will not give us the goods
and shouted at me that do wahatever you want he is not afraid of anyone and talked in
very rude manner.Later on after research on internet I found that this man(Mr sunil) is
doing the same with many people. Please take proper action against this packers and
movers and help me in acquiring my goods.

I have shifted from Delhi to Andhra Pradesh on 29th May 2012 and I have hired Cross Cargo to move my refrigerator, Desktop Computer and six boxes of house hold items.
I have been talking to Mr.Mukesh from Cross Cargo.
My consignment was picked from my house on 28th May 2012 promising it will be delivered between 7-10 days and while giving the payment i have paid Rs9000 and we had an agreement that the remaining Rs5000 will be against delivery and they agreed to that and I left Delhi.
It was 4th June 2012 I called Mr.Mukesh to get the status of my Cargo and he said Sir am not in office I ll call you and let you know but I didnt received a call from him.
Again I called him the next day still he said the same thing again I called the next day to that he said am not going to office since past five days and his mother is not well and he messaged me Mr.Rohit's no. 09818936939 to get the status.
I called Mr.Rohit on 7th June 2012 to get my cargo status then Mr.Rohit said that there is a due amount I agreed and said that the due amount is against delivery as agreed when the cargo was booked he said it wont be possible now@ and I have to pay the amount first then the Cargo will reach and my Cargo was at Nagpur. I was pretty much shocked with his statement and again I called Mr.Mukesh to complaint and Mr. Mukesh said he knows the condition and he is sitting beside Mr.Rohit and he is right and I have to pay the remaing amount first and he disconnected the call then I called him thrice and he didnt picked my call at all then he received my fourth call and started behaving rude and said that either you pay or the cargo will not be delivered. Then I agreed to that and asked him to send me the account no. then I received a message from him stating an account of Santosh kumar PNB account I disagreed and I asked them company's current account but he said that since 2-3 Months we are having issues with current account I again said that I dont know that, either I deposit the amount in company's account or I will deposit it in your nearest branch. he again said no I have to deposit or else no cargo will be delivered. I was completly dissatisfied with their promises their behaviour and their Conditions.
Then I messaged them that this is no right and I will file a case against the company.
There was no response from Mr.Mukesh and after 2hrs I received a call from Mr.Santosh Kumar and he said that he is the owner of the Cross Cargo and he apologized as he agreed that there has been a miscomunication from there end and he said the same thing that there is a issue with company's account@ and as he was polite I said fine mention the account no. on your letter head and send me and he did the same.
Then again the next day 8th June 2012 I have deposited the due amount in the mentioned account and informed Mr.Santosh Kumar.
Again I called Mr.Santosh Kumar to get the status and he said he will call with an hour and tell me the status but I havent received a call from him.
I called again the next day and this time he Informed that Cargo is on move from Nagpur and now within 2days I will receive my cargo.
Today 14th June 2012 I have called Mr.Santosh kumar as it is the 17th day and I still havent received my cargo and this time I got a new news that it had never reached Nagpur actully the day I have deposited the remaining amount on that day it was dispatched from Delhi.
Now I dont know what to understand of my condition.
They promise all sort of things but once the cargo is received we have to dance on their tunes.
Its not only with Cross Cargo its with all Packers and Movers.
This is the first time am submitting my complaint.
After reading these forums I understand that this is very common but I dont understand why this happens with all the Cargo Conpany's arent they afraid of any law that puts them under pressure to stick to their promises.
I know nothings going to be done against tjese guys but still I wanted share this expereince for others to know this is what happens when you book a Cargo.
So be ready to Dance coz you have to once you are under there clutch

I have booked my household and personal car through cross cargo packers and movers from delhi to ahmadabad on 14th september 2012. They have promised and committed to deliver this cargo in 10 days. Since then I have been chasing them on the mobile no mr.Jain 9898936939 mr santosh 9818808207 and landline 011 65668407 no which they have given. Initially they are not picking up my phone in every 5 to 10 min I have been calling every minutes but they are not even responding. If they are picking up then they are just abusing and unnecessarily shouting. Plz help us to lodge official complaint against them so they I will be able to get my household back.
