On 13th November 2009(around 06:00PM) I bought a RAM(a computer memory device) of RS 2175 from a shop in Shakarpur, Delhi-92

After I bought this device I went to my home and found that it is not the one that I was looking for.Next day I went again on 14th November 2009 to exchange that device which was also of the same price and he refused to echange that RAM.I told him that I took this RAM yesterday.He said I do not anything and will not exchange it.He started shouting and abusing infront of everyone.I was there with my friends.
Please help me out to sort this matter.Here the money is not the important thing.
The way he talked was very bad.
