i have bought a pack of A4(210x297mm) size paper for printing purposes at my office.details are given below

but when i opened the package i was baffled to find out that the paper were of poor quality & also didn't match to the provided description the pages were of (20.3 x 28.5cm ).It came as a shock to me as jk copier is a brand and such an experience wasn't what I ever expected .I was using the paper for a while before finding out that I was cheated .
