I had made a payment for a Holiday voucher of Rs.5943/- in April and was told that i could avail of a holiday anywhere in a 5 star hotel/4 star hotel for a week.

They send me a booklet asking me to mail a form to Big City Bangalore which i promptly did. Big City in turn was supposed to have sent me a promo code which never came. I have been writing mails since the last 6 months and almost spent 500 Rupees on telephone calls trying to get my money back but every time i have been promised that my money would be refunded but it never happens. Last time when i had called them again, they mentioned that i had to send back the booklet to them which i promptly couriered.

I was totally aghast that they have now refused to accept the package and returned it back.

I need to get not only my money refunded, but also want to sue them for the mental agony that they have caused and the lossed i incurred on account of the telephone calls that i have had to make.

Please help me with a solution.
