I have ordered for a gold coin more than a year back.
till now i havent recieved the coin from them.

6 months After ordering the coin i have contacted them and they told me that they have stopped the services in india as a case has been logged in court on QUEST NET ( I think every body knows it) and they told that they will send the coin as soon as the service starts.

After 3 months i have contacted them again and then they start telling that the coin which i have ordered were out of stock

My first question is
1) I have ordered the coin and have paid the amount and how can they sell the coin which i have ordered?

After that they have told me to change the order and then i have refused to do so and after continuos communication through mails for 2 months they told that they will be returning the money but after getting the approvals from the higher authoritues which they are not sure .

They have asked me to send some documents from my side and some documents from the one who refferred me to this program.

i have send all the documents which they have asked, no reply from their side . its already more than one and half year past . i have invested 39,000 which got stuck.

I am keep on maintaining all the communications mails which i had with them .
day by day the file size was increasing but there was no updates from them.

Can anyone help me in this matter
