Dear Sir / Madam,

We are one of the consulting company based out of Bangalore. Last year we have obtained a DSA contract from one of the agency who is working on copyrights.

Our work is to get the clients to obtain legal permission from this said agency to use the products. We have done quiet lot of business to them and as per the agreement the payment terms is the commission will be paid on every quarter. Till now we have crossed 3 quarter, till now we didn't received our commission. We have contacted their local office in Bangalore, we have sent many reminder mails to the regional heads, but no one is bothered to reply the mail also.

Is it possible to file a consumer case in this situation and ask for additional compensation also.
