Dear Sir,
On sunday 19th of october 2009 I send my house hold articles through Vekateshwara Packers and movers from Bangalore to kerala. As per the discussion it was decided that I have to pay 14,000 by cash for the transportation as they are running only for my load and will be delivered the next day that is 20th of october 2009.But the load was not only delayed by 4 days but they have taken extra load and damaged my articles. When I questioned the concerned authorities refuse to pick up the phone or revert. They not only cheated me by taking extra money, delayed the delivery and damaging my articles but also gave a lot of mental tension by refusing to respond when called to find about the reason for delay. Please guide me to get justice in this regard.
