I had purchase a SWATCH Watch from India Today Book Club vide Invoice No.0RA090016104 dated 23-03-09 and Order No.0GA090016673 dated 23-03-09. I had also received a U0357-BENETTON WATCH-UCB Watch as a free gift along with that purchase

But, after few days I found that the BENETTON WATCH (free watch) is faulty and not performing as per the expectation. It has started giving wrong time, if adjust the time also and checked after few hours, the watch shows a wrong time again.

Regarding this, I had spoken to their representative over phone and he suggested me to send back defected Benetton Watch to you for replacement. And also asked me to provide the courier receipt for reimbursement of expenses.

Accordingly I had send the courier 1st time and it was returned (they refused to take the parcel). Again I send the parcel 2nd time after discussion with their tele executive.

But, till date I have not received the replaced watch nor the reimbursement of the expenses.

Even I have called them several times and wanted to escalate the issue to a higher authority, but the tele executive denied to put me to customer service manager or any such person.

Please help me to short-out this issue.
