I bought a krazy lines spray from reliance mart on 19 oct 2009.but later i have checked the date was expired one before and i have sent a notice to reliance mart through IRCPC but i did not receive any reply from reliance and i underwent a surgery so i couldnt followup it so can i proceed the case through consumer court.kindly let me know the details.thank you
