dear all,
i suffered huge losses in last years crash of stk mkt.to recover i came across krishna investments on web who promised tips by sms.i paid on line by icici net banking an amount of rs 5000 with a promise of 50,000 gain in a month.the services were so pathetic that i started losing money with his tips. i asked for refund of my subscricption amount.he refused.i told though my loss is more i dont want refund of loss,only my subs amount.he said will provide sure shot tips,but never sent any since one month.
plz help me what to do.i got his web address and mob no .i dont have his address.can i get his address from bank wherein i have made payment.
how should i get him to pay for fradulent services.
