hello sir/mam,
with due respect i Rajni Negi want to say that we three friends entered Bangalore on 27 june2012,and went to Shri Balaji PG ,BTM 1st stage,Bangalore.the owner of that PG said that he will provide us a single room of three sharing on 1 july 2012 and requested us to shift in three differents room.
In evening the asked us to submit rs 600 each(1800 total)for 4 days rent and rs 2000 each(6000 total)for security in which 1000 are refundable when we leave the PG.
On 1st july 2012 morning we did not got a room and due to security problem for girls, we left the PG and inform the owner to refund our security money back.
so in a rude behaviour he denied to refund it and said u hve to inform as before 15 days when u leave the PG,but he didn’t mentioned /shown as any document regarding this in the begning.
Afterwards we with our brothers requsesided him to refund the money as we are students.so he confrontly denided to refund an we said to make a complaint towards him he said that go and make.and his behaviour towards as is very rude.
Afterwards we went to him many times but he didn’t refund our money.
Kindly Provided us our security money(6000) and hope for the positive response from u.
