I have purchased one Teak Tree from Sterling Tree Magnum Ltd on 26/05/1996 Certificate No K 26414,till now I have not got the first instalment and Second Instalment and the maturity date is 26/05/2016.

I am not able to contact them.

Please help me regarding this matter.

I have purchased 5 trees from Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd. under their Plan G vide certificate no. R461 dated of joining was 7/10/1993. At that time I have put in my hard earned Rs. 6720. Their assurance was that I will get Rs. 4000/- on 6th Year 18000/- on 12th year and 3,10000/- opn 20th year. However, till date I have not heard any thing from them. If there is any forum, we can join to fight our case, Please let me know.

I ahve invested in Sterling Tree Magnum(India) Ltd as under :

a) Application No : J 506294. Certificate No: K 58. No.of Tree purchased : One. Amount paid: Rs 1775.
Date of Joining: 17.6.1995. Date of Maturity:16.6.2015.

b) Application No : P 573394. Certificate No: J 29875. No.of Tree purchased : One. Amount paid: Rs 1825.
Date of Joining: 28.4.1997. Date of Maturity:27.4.2017.

c) Application No : D 0022376. Certificate No: J 29874. No.of Tree purchased : One. Amount paid: Rs 1825.
Date of Joining: 28.4.1997. Date of Maturity:27.4.2017.

Till date, I have not received any Returns from the Company. I am not able to contact with Company.

Any assistance from your side in recovering my investment shall be highly appreciated.

I the above mentioned individual had purchase two Teak trees vide application No T 8131 And Certificate no E 137 dt 16 Sep 1993. As per the norms of the company the return was due in the 6th & 12 years. Inspite of repeated request and reminders on the subject the company has not taken any action and forwarded the returns till date.
Again you are requested to forward the returns at the earliest.

Agian I have purchased Teak Tree 2 more Nos from Sterling Tree Magnum Ltd on 8/11/1994 on instalments , i recd the ceryificated dated 22/08/1995 Certificate No G 124286,till now I have not got the first instalment and Second Instalment and the maturity date is 7/11/2014

I have Puchased sterling treemagnum on instalment
1) 2 nos trees on 22/12/1993, i recd the certificate no # E4222 dtd
26/05/1995 and Application no# T64397 , maturity date is 21/12/2013.
As on today i have not received the interim returns.
2)2 nos trees on 08/11/1994, i recd the certificate no # D 5059 dtd
22/08/1995 and Application no# G 124286 , maturity date is 07/11/2014.
As on today i have not received the interim returns.

I am requesting you for your help to get the my returns back. This
investment i made by keeping in mind that i am going to get the good
amount at my 50years and useful for my children education.

I unable to contact this Sterling tree magnum i worried since this
maturity date is nearing.
