Respected Sir,

On 23th Nov 2007 I got a call from country vacations saying you have
been selected in Lucky draw. You have won two gifts. Come and collect them
but do come with your wife. I went there with my wife. They asked us to
attend the session going in one big room. There were other couples too. They
were convincing the people about their membership plans. Unfortunately I am
trapped in their false promises. I have made payment of Rs 35,000. They promised
so many things. Some are listed below.
1. You will get free lifetime membership of country club.
2. You will get vacations and club cards with in 90 days.
3. You will get magazine and other offers each month.
4. You will be called for each and every event organized by country
club in the city.
5. 5 clubs are coming up in Pune.

I have not received any membership card so far. Followed up so many times. I
always get the same reply, Sir with in next 15 days you will get the same.
But those 15 days never get over.

I have not received any Vacation club cards too.

Never ever a single magazine or offers have been sent to me. When talked to
them, they said they have stopped it because of recession.

They have called me for 2008 new year bash event;. If there is any event happening you need to visit their office to get the passes. They will not send anything.

It was told that 5 clubs are coming up in Pune. I am residing in Hadapsar area.
They told the club in Kondhwa would be functional by dec2008. But it has never happened. One club in Koregaon Park is function that is only with restaurant and Gym. Other amenities are still awaited. Now they are telling me for this Membership there is no clubs facility.I will be not entitled to utilize this club.

After making the payment they people forgot us. Whenever you try to book any holiday they will say main club is not available. We can book in alliance
club. The address of the office where I was cheated:

Pune.

I have very bad experience. In pune they have 2 offices. Some name of the
cheaters:

Nisar Fatima (she is now transferred to Jaipur)
Sumit

I personally visited the office so many times. They don't even bother to
attend properly. They are just busy in making other people fool.
This is really a big issue and big racket working in pune. Please look into this matter and give us justice. Let us know whom to approach so that very strong action can be taken on this people. So that numbers of innocent people could not come under there trap. I am planning to disclose them in newspaper and also some television. I first need assistance from you.

I really want my hard earned money back. Please help me.

Dear Mr. Shaikh,

Have you sent any written complaint to the Head Office of the Co.? Try to communicate with the Co. esp. in writing to collect the information regarding your complaint. First of all, send a written complaint to them and revert back soon after getting any reply from them.
