Respected Sir/Madam,

We bought a massager from a company named "Masseurr" in the month of Nov'11 for Rs. 1,20,000.00. It was bought from the trade fair which happened in Chennai Trade Center. The sales person named "Anil" lied to us by saying the massager comes with 9 Yrs of Warranty and sold the product. The massager worked only for the 1st - 3 months post which it started creating problems. The machine started malfunctioning and from that time we have been trying to reach the customer service of this company. The company's contact number is not in use and the contact number given by the sales rep is also not working. I've launched complaint in there website and even that is of no use. We have tried our best to reach out to this company and get the machine repaired but nothing worked out for us.

This company is based out of Bangalore and cheating all the customers in Chennai by selling such a costly product which works only for 3 months. I've been paying the installment for this product for the last 3 months without using this and we are not able to get any resolution for our problem. Request concerned authorities to take action against the company.
