I have been fraudulently cheated by M/S Sanjeevani Wellness of Rs.6999/-. It was projected to me that this is 25 years old company and in the field of health insurance. It would insure my family members of what ever age. To the extent it was made to understand that unlike other insurance companies Sanjeevani does not deduct any amount on room rent on the admission of the patient at various hospitals. It allows actual room rent!

An agent with the name of Pradeep ID253 was sent to my office for the collection of Rs.6999/- . I paid this amount vide cheque no148984 dated 23/04/12 drawn on HSBC Connaught Place. The cheque was enchased on 26/04/12. The documents did not reach me until June 2012 despite of my followup.

To my horror, product delivered to me after almost 2 months was not the one I had asked for. After numerous chases to Sanjeevani Wellness Sales executives I was told that I would get refund which I didn't. I wrote emails on website but no response. It's when I wrote email to the customer care I got to know that I need to call them for future references after sales only then my query would be heard. I told them that product of no use to me. Kindly refund the amount.

Despite of my repeated requests for refund to Ms Manjusha ,Mansi, Tarun Sharma & Jitender (customer care executives ) my money has not been refunded to me. All false promises have made during the tenure of the emails exchange and many a times I was told to get a callback from them which did not happen.

I now appeal to the Consumer Court to save the innocent consumers from such fraudulent companies which dupes the customers of their had earned money.

Thank you for posting your experiences with Sanjeevani Wellness. Today I also received a call from Sanjeevani Wellness mentioning that this is exclusive on call only and the policy is not for sale. Also that this offer is only for today and cheque has to be given today only. I was just checking some feedback as it was too good to be true, when came across this post.

All I can say is that I am saved and there must be a lot more who can be saved ...

First of all i want to thank all of you to share this. Just because of your comments i came to know about that agency. They have also approch to me and collect a cheque of Rs 6999/- last saturday. Luckly my cheque was post dated cheque and i stop the cheque before its clearing. These guyes are bad element of socity and we have to save our hard earn money from these rascals.Thanks to all.

Its executives call me for mediclaim policy Rs.5.0 lac for 03 years for 05 persons in the family. When I received the kit after 46 days, I came to know that It does not provide any policy. When I approch to cancelled the same then call center told me that you have cross the limit of return. After calling again and again , call center executive reply that it is not possibly.
This is not fair in the market to sell any policy. You pl. refund my money.

They take cheque of Rs.6999 from me; i was informed i will get insurance packet with holiday vouchers

After couple of reminders i receive package; but to my surprise there was no insurance policy; there was no document related to insurance policy.
They have cheated me.

I had received a similar call ensuring Insurance of 5 persons in the family for 5.0 Lakhs for 3 years and that it is an initiative for beetr health by Govt and sanjeevani is the Pvt agency - cost of package for 3 years - Rs. 6,999/-

They sent an agent - Imran who collected the cheque from me on 26/10/12 and it was encashed on 27/10/12.

They had assured me that the policy will be reaching me within 2 weeks but now they are not responding. Mr. Sahil - representative is now not lifting the phone and some girl picks saying that he is unwell or not available.

Please help to get the policy cancelled and refund of the amount - Request to Consumer Court. I have the mobile no of Sahil - 9871056681. Hope this number shall be good to track them.

I had also received a similar call assuring Insurance of 5 persons in the family for 5.0 Lakhs for 3 years. They convinced me as this is Govt's drive in colloboration with Sanjeevani Hospitals Darya Ganj. They also offered a insurance for my old in-laws so I bought two policies @6999.00 and @4999.00 Rs each.

They sent an agent their agent and collected two cheques from me which were credited in their account.

They assured me that I'll get the documents within 15 days but our insurances will be started from the day 1. So now there are no documents and Mr. Pandey their Manager is not responding.

Please help.

The numbers on website link (011-64670123) or sales executives Ms. Preeti (9266097856) have been switched off. They are not responding on mails after 10 reminders.

They again call me after one month & approached me again to convert my policy in life time membership. When I told that after one month I have not recd. any documents from your side. She told me that documents are under process. When I asked for Dispatch Document No, She not provided to me & make excuses.

They have cheated me.
