I went for a Laser Treatment with Kaya one year back. I had a terrible experience as the promises were false and the staff extremely rude during the service. When I went for consultation I was told that I will be given 6 sessions in which all unwanted hair will be removed from my face.

At the completion of 6th session last month I still have so many hair on my face. The clinic says now that 6 sessions are less for me I should take another package now for Maintenance. After paying 16,000 fro Laser Treatment now I am told that when I could not see the result that I should pay 1,600 per session if I want to see the result. Or I can go to the old methods of hair removal which I used to do. As they have helped me by making thick hair to thin hair.

Does everyone has only increasing sales in their mind and nothing as customer service. For Such clinics some action should be seriously taken as they lead to misguiding the customers.
