My mediclaim is through my company and I have been given mediclaim for my parents also. I have taken approval in writing from the mediclaim agent in our company (DHS) regarding a heart treatment for my father which does not have hospitalization but they need to have 35 sittings with IPC heartcare. THey have given me a written approval that this treatment will be reimbursed. Only after that I have gone ahead with the treatment. Now after the treatment they say that since there is no hospitalisation they will not reimburse the mediclaim. I have waited for 6 months now but no positive response. Request you to please guide me on how to go about getting my claim of Rs. 1,00,000/- back.
