Dear Sir/Madam,

I enrolled my spouse Mrs. Pragya Maheshwari with Talwarkars Fitness Gym on 14th Nov. 2011 for a 4 months toatal fitness program for Rs. 4000. She attended gym till 21st Nov. 2011. Unfortunately she met with an accident on 22nd Nov. 2011 morning while going to gym due to someone's negligence driving and was hospitalised due to left shoulder dislocation.
I, Saurabh Maheshwari, contacted Talwarkars Fitness Gym, Baner Road, Pune and informed them about the same and asked for further process and demanded to freeze the time she'll not be able to attend gym and will resume when she is fine.
Talwarkars Fitness Gym executive told me that this is not as per their poilcy and neither they will freeze the period nor they will provide refund.

Please help me in dealing with Talwarkars Fitness Gym, Baner Road, Pune for freezing period or getting a refund.
