PHS ID - HC MUM 2603389 DIGH E
I have submitted my hospitalisation papers on 13/9/2011.
I am yet to receive any communication or reimbursement related to my hospitalisation at Life Line Hospital Panvel.
When will I receive my money
I am fed up following on telephone.
