Hi,

I am here in seeking help. I have taken IHO-FAMILY HELTH CARD from INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISATION. They are big fraud people. I wanted to cancle my card as required facilities provided by this card is not available at my place. I want my money back.

Here is the problem :

I have purchased this card. at the time of purchasing they told me that they will provide me medical services in my local place but after getting this card I found that they are not providing the services to my local place and told to get services from the place which is 7 to 8 Km away. At the time of purchasing they told me that if I am not satisfied I have right to cancle this card. I call customer care to cancle my card and they told me that they register my cancelation and 2 to 3 days required to process. I am tyring this from last 1 month but every day they told me wait for next two days. I am totally disturbed by this type of service from such organisation.

I am humbly requesting to help me out in getting the money back.
