Dear Sir,

I applied Tiger Balm Red in Forehead and Nose for my Headache,after applying it my forehead skin and Nose had burnt.The Balm applied parts of my skin is completely damaged and my face looks terrible because of that.

I need your help in talking filing a case against this.

Have you checked the expire date, and have you the bill because if you don't have the bill then you can't do any thing at all.

Apart from this have you tried it on some where else of your body part, because our face skin is very sensitive and i think the instruction are mentioned on the pack so check it first.
