I am another unfortunate victim of these fraudsters!

I was lured by their offers and bought 2 plans worth almost 4K! But before i could get the coupons delivered, i learnt about Artha Health Options on various websites and also through a friend. So i requested them and also gave a written letter to return my money back.
They inturn FORCED me to collect the coupons. They didnt even allow me to take xerox of my complaint letter saying "we will send u a scanned copy". Another lie!

ALSO none of the listed clinics and hospitals are close to my locality. The sales executive had assured us that hospitals n clinics are nearby. This was also a MAJOR reason why we decided to opt out. But they fooled me again by giving false assurance.

One Mr.Pawan, Ms.Anju and Mr.Abhishek, these were the ones who fooled me. I think Abhishek is an ex-employee now. Or was it a cooked story? Now they are not responding my calls at all. They forced me to collect the coupons even though i was not interested. Should i go to the nearby police station? What should my next step be?

The so called employees are so unprofessional and unethical. Kindly help. I need my money back!
Folks, there is no room for honesty. Never ever buy any deals from this company. ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS IS A FRAUD company.

I therefore request you to please look into the matter seriously as early as possible and suggest me a way.

Hi all,

I am really surprised looking at the amount of complaints that are there on this company, I just wanted to share my experience in this regard. Though I was member of Artha from 2006, Gods' grace I didn't had to use any of the coupons or consultations.

The first time it happened so that my cousin wanted to get his filling done along with cleaning and polishing. I did get good response from them and they fixed us an appointment on requested time; even the clinic was really good along with service.

This inspired me to get The Master Health Checkup from Nova Diagnostic center in kormangala for my parents, which also went well; upon comparison of the prices, the offered prices were little lower than regular ones (which was okay).

I really recommend all of you visit their new office near Mantri Mall near malleswaram and get the things sorted; with the raising prices in Medical industry Artha kind of options could be real boon for middle class people like us.
