My wife recieved calls from one of the customer sales representative from Indian Health Organization in regards to a Medical Policy

He informed that all kind of surgeries like pregnancy delivery are 100% free accept for cosmetic surgery which has 50% off & you can visit any doctor to avail the offer

Hence we agreed to avail the offer

We came to know later after we had already made the payment of an amount of 4027/- that there were some false commitments made by the CSR

We got a message after the transaction was made on the mobile

Message : (Your pack shall get delivered in 2 weeks meanwhile u can use IHO card by clicking on the webiste url healthy with IHO heath plans

There was no 100% free offer on surgeries & the OPD visit to lonly the listed panel of doctors has a 50% off



Hence we call up the IHO toll free number as spoke to Manisha one if the CSR to cancel the package & reverse the money back due to the false commitments made

The Customer Sales Represntative Manisha informed that the package has been delivered however if you want to unavail the offer
Please donot accept the package & let it return back

My wife did the same

We made mutiple calls to IHO & were informed that after checking the call recordings we will pay back the refund if what you say is right

And even after that we kept calling IHO every week & they used to say what you said was right we have listened to the call & we are processing your refund

We kept on calling them again & again and we got irritated & then we spoke to a manager named Rupal who provided her contact number & said that she will listen to the call as we have been calling them multiple times she agreed to reverse 50% an amount of 2000/-Rs immediately
However she will contact the CEO of the company and talk about the rest of the refund amount & she said that she will listen to the call as well

Later when I kept calling Rupal she said that she was unable to listen to the call recording as it got deleted & she got annoyed
She started speaking lies and that the CSR has not made any false commitments over the call
I informed that when the call was deleted from the reciording system how did she come to know that the CSR didnot lie on the call

Then Rupal started beating the bushes & said that I have a team who listens to the call they told me & she said you can go ahead and do whatever you want to do but I am not going to refund the money

Then she started giving an example if you go to a store buy clothes & then later if you dont like them you cannot get a refund after wearing & using them

I said that we didnot even get the package so how can you say that we even used the services & then she kept the phone saying I cant do anything you can do whatever you feel like .
