Respected Sir / Madam,

This I'm writing to get the action against VIBES. My name is Tabassum Ansari. I did enroll for a laser treatment in VIBES, Koramangala Branch (Bangalore). For which I paid Rs- 14000 /- . Before the registration they had lot of offerings on the quality service which they will provide and also they assured me on the result of the treatment will be extremely positive. However after undergoing many sessions, there is no decrease in the hair on my face. And now they are not even botherd to answer my calls for further sessions. This is not only with me there are lot of people who are not at all happy with VIBES. I've been cheated by enroling to this package. The person who took the initiative to enroll me in this treatment is least botherd to answer my queries now. I'm fed up of their poor service level. And the technicians are not at all qualified there. I seek some justice.
