I saw an ad. of Saptarishi Sandhi Sudha Oil in Bhasker News paper in Jaipur in which the co. claimed that this oil is highly effective for pain in knee loints and pain in the back. I telephoned at mobile no. 09229337801 and a pack of 3 small bottles were supplird me for Rs. 3100.00 vide Invoice no.12233 dt 7.8.11 0f Siddhi Agencies Jaipur, Auth.Dealer Telemart Shopping Network Pvt.Ltd. I used the oil for 15 days contineously for 15 days and found that this oil is not at all effective. I again called on the same mobile and requested for the refund the money as per Money Back Gurantee. THey said that no money can be refunded since the pack was not returned back at our Indore office within 15 days of supply. They advisd me to use the oil more. So I used it for full one month and found no improvement in my pain. I then realised that I have been cheated by the co. as they made false claims in the Ad. Govt must take immediat steps of checking the oil. so that the co. may not go on cheating innocent public by making false claims through ads.by giving Money Back Gurantee.
