1.We L.I.I. EXPORTS PVT. LTD. recived a call from a moblie number on 02/05/2011.The name of the person was Dr. Manoj Arora.

2.Dr.Manoj Arora ask to buy 500 gms of active manuka honey from our company over the phone.

3.We told him that 500 gms active manuka honey will cost you INR 2,750 then he responds over phone very badly that the cost is unpractical,unaffordable and honey can’t be so expensive after making him understand that it is your choice to buy or not.

4.He insisted to visit our office so being a doctor in future order us large quantities, as per him he use the manuka honey for the cure of his patients and here he is writing for his grandmother which is not true.

5.Being a Private Limited Company which is Incorporated by the Government of India,Export-Import Licence holder by the Ministry of commerce and Industry,Registered with the Income Tax Department etc. always avoid these peoples but we have also same eye for every customer and we can’t stop the visit of any such person.

6.When we gave him the active manuka honey bottle of 500 gms he told to Mr.Haroon Kazmi (Managing Director) over phone because he was not present in the office when Dr.Manoj Arora visited us that he is not carrying any Demand Draft and will pay only Rs 2,000 for this reputed manuka honey.Mr.Haroon Kazmi refused to take the cash payment also which is very lesser than actual sale amount.

7.After mess-up more than 20 mins with company MD and all, he take out the Rs,2750 Demand Draft surprisingly from his own pocket at the same time.!!!!

8.After taking the possession of reputed manuka honey Mr.manoj Arora threatened at our own place that if we willn’t start selling manuka honey on the real price like maximum Rs 200 per Kg which would be impossibe, he will go to the consumer court and ban us to sell the manuka honey on this price.

9.He rudely told us he is in hurry, his patients is waiting for him and he will wait for his invoice over e-mail.As per the e-mail records we have requested him for his address many times to be printed on invoice but he never given us in order to hide his identity.

10.Next day of this transaction Mr.Haroon Kazmi called him that he must take his DD back and return his company’s product but he refused to return.This converstaion also recorded by us.

11.Our company MD called to his father also many times and requested him to remove the fake article which is reflecting on google .His father told him that your product is genuine and result oriented and he will speak to his son and remove the fake article with in 7 days.This conversation is also recorded by us.

12.We requested to our consumers that he must think a company for Rs 2,750 can’t do this and with only one person in the whole world.
