Please file a police complaint against them or take them to consumer court! They have been pursing me for ages now and I have been avoiding them. But I'm concerned about so many of the other innocent people who fall for them.

There are so many ppl who have complained against them in this forum. If nothing works, you should go bash them up in their office at this address:

I may be wrong, but from reading the other comments, there appears to be a systemic problem here with Artha. Do you have a Better Business Bureau to have these instances documented so others will know? It looks like some of these instances have not come to the attention of others who get medical services.

Even i am also facing issues with Artha health options. They called asking for policy number confirmation since the policy was lapsed. Somehow they took the credit card number and charged 6K, which is rediculus. When i asked to refund the money back they are not responding properly, taling all kinds of cock n bull stories. They unneccessarily create tensions and irritate. Since many people are being cheated some serious actions has to be taken against them.
