These artha health people called me and gave me there product for health check up. last year. but after making payment to them there was no response, If I called there number no one was responding the call. So i could not avail any fassility from these people. last month one sales person called me and was telling like the agreement was for 2 years so they will renew my account I denied them not use my credit card no. which I had given them earlier. but still they have used that no. and transaction was done. now i want to drag them to court. so please help me.
