Hi,

I had joined Elemention Gym in March 2009 for 6 months. in July 2009 I submitted a request to discontinue with the Gym member ship they made me fill a form and asked me to leave it with them.
However in on checking my email statements still April 2010 I realized that they have been consistently charging me for the services I have not utilized. On calling them They claim that no request have been submitted from my side.The only document that I have at the moment is the original copy of the bill.

Can anyone please suggest how can I take this forward and get my money back?
