    Hello.

    I bought my specs with 'Crizal A2 with transitions lenses' from Titan Eye+. Huge problems developed in the lens within 3 months and I took it bak to them. They held it for 3 weeks and gave it to me 'rectified' but I realized the problems were there once again. I took it back to them - they acknowledged the issue and have not returned the specs for the past 5 weeks - and I am not getting any response.

    How can you trust TATA anymore?

    Shall I file a consumer lawsuit? Will it be of any use? C

    Had bought a spectacle for my mother from Kolkata Mani Square as the store attendant promised home delivery. The lenses were wrongly made and hence was informed to the store immediately after the delivery.The store kept on saying they will send over a person to the house for rechecking done for the patient but none came.The specs had been bought on the condition of home delivery as I dont stay in Kolkata.This continued for a few months.This has been escalated to Titan and also the store.The store kept on delaying and informed that whenever I am in town I would have to bring the patient over as suddenly they have realized home test is not possible!Now after coming to Kolkata had taken my mother again for the eye test which was due long back as intimated immediately after the delivery.Talked to Mr Rajib and a retest was done and suddenly I get a call from a store person who says he has been told to collect the money for the lenses along with the spectacle! The spectacle was wrongly made and intimated immediately and the store kept delaying the process. Now where does the question of money comes for a wrongly made pair which we have not been able to use? Why was the store delaying the process all along-Just to avoid the warranty period? Why did the store agree to the sales knowing fully well the patient cant travel alone and would require my help According to Mr Rajib a person could easily have been sent earlier as they have a runner and expressed surprise why it was not done.But suddenly money was asked? Why such a company like Titan is manipulating customers like this and playing on sentiments who dont mind paying extra for a good brand?Its pretty sad comment on the store and the company officials who were trying to bide time just to fool the customer and now asking for extra money. Moreover,even the top officials are also the same.They are not bothering to answer the mails or solve the matter.Great show!Kudos to the company ethics!

    Default no communication and misbehaviour by storee

    i had purchased lens from your camac street store on 15th November 2011 made the payments in advance and it was supposed to be delivered on 18th November 2011. but there was no communication from your store till 20th and when contacted them for the delivery says it will be delivered on 21th and then again there was no communication from them and then again called them on 21st and they says they will deliver on 22nd and not before and this was a harrowing experience from titan eye and the person also was no cooperative and did not wish to talk properly. I would not like to take the delivery of the spectacles now and want a refund of the same and would never suggest titan eye to anyone ever again.please contact me again and need refund and action on the same at the earliest.

    Unhappy Complaint in Titan Frame Purchased

    Dear Sir ,

    I had purchased a titan frame vide bill no 391 dated 24.08 .2011 Item code T 1763A1A1 from Ms Surbhi Retails UG 48 – Orbit Mall, A.B Road Indore -452001 for Rs 2250/- .

    Since I stay in Pune I gave the frame to your company showroom at Titan Industries Ltd , Shop No 10 Aurora Towers , Moledina Road - Pune 411001 for fitting progressive glass for which I was charged Rs 6804/-. Before I was given delivery of the frame I was informed that the frame got damaged while fitting the glass and that the frame would be replaced by a similar frame that they have in stock .

    Since the day I have started using the frame i.e 30.09 .2011 I have been facing problem with the frame , I have visted your Moledina Road showroom thrice in 2 months for getting the necessary repairs to the frame viz even though the frame is new ( side panel gets loose every time / alignment of the side panel ) I had to fix fevicol adhesive to fix the problem .

    Mr Naresh & Mr Wasim of Moledina Rd showroom have been very cooperative with me & have got the frame repaired every time I have visited the showroom .

    I request you to kindly replace the defective frame at the earliest as I am unable to use the glasses .
