please find attached herewith are the relevant bills and receipt taken form the optician OPTIC WORLD Malviya Nagar New Delhi



I wish to mention that i got my eye tested on 28.06.09 where he suggested me the attached changes in my spectacles attached is the slip stating the same.



I ordered him the new spectacles immediately & paid them Rs 5000 as advance.i received the new spectacles in 1st week of

July09 & atfer weaing them there &then i told them i am finding some defect in the left glass but they told me to use it for some time& i will be able to adjust the new glassess by then therefore i start using it



But atfer using it for more than 3weeks i found that there was a hairline defect in the left glass which i discussed with OPTIC WORLD on 2nd of Augaust0 and they told that they will send it for testing in Okhla immediately i gave the glassess back to them for the needful .They desired a weeks time to rectify the complaint .Please note that after adjusing my eyes to the new power for 3 weeks under compulsion i was forced to use my old glassess for more than 2 weeks as i got a call from Optic World only on 14th August (i was in Mumbai that day) that my glassess are ready i told them ok i will collect .



On 16th August 09 .i collected my glassess from Optic world back after repair & made the balnce payment for Rs 4000 on 23rd August09 OBLIVIIOUS OF THE FACT THAT TRANSITION FEATURE WAS MISSING IN THE LEFT GLASS



Only after two three days to my embarassement i was pointed out in the office that the left glass of my spectacle is plain& the right one is dark in colour



I could not tolerate this nonsense & approached Optic world again on 29th August and showed him live the problem &this time I told them that i want my money Rs 9000 paid to them for the sepectacles back because i have lost the trust & my eyes have suffered due to negligence of OPTIC WORLD. They have refused to give my money back inspite of agreeing to the problems & embarassement through which i have gone



I wish to use your services in getting my money back from Optic world with the damage for suffering ,embarassement & time lost in visiting them again &again & the harssement due to this i have also sent a notice through my lawyer to him which he refused to take.
