Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done a mistake one of my friend was in need of money he told me to give money
anyhow & I helped him by taking a loan from banks (Rs 5.5 lac) & total EMI is
25,848.
I trusted him thinking he is a rich businessperson & will pay the EMI & will not
cheat me. Even he gave me sign on blank stamp paper of 100Rs & gave me blank cheque
& then my trust became more concrete

Now he is not replying my call however giving false dates on SMS from last 5 months.
I can under stand that may be he is also stuck in some problem but now I have sold
my bike, Gold Chain & Gold ring & still I am borrowing money from other friends &
paying the loan EMI which is 50% more than my salary & I cannot even give any
monthly money at home & I am the only earning person at my home.

I am in lot of stress I don't want to cheat the bank & not having bad record in any
of the bank till date. Please provide the solution & Kindly advice if I can transfer
all my credit card & bank loans on his name.
