Sir I shri.Sandeep Anil Salve request you that please remove my name from CBIL against my settled loan account No. - 540007081 of consumer durable loan taken from Bajaj Auto Finance ,Hubli Club road branch. I had settled this account on 08/12/2009 vide receipt no. 00042978 (Hubli) with an amount of Rupees Four thousand Six Hundred Ninety Seven Only(Rs.4697/-) i.e.( 2697Principal overdue + 2000 settlement charges) Yet my name is coming in CBIL list.So please initiate positive action and do the needful at your end. Sir it is showing rs.1798 in my CIBIL report as written off but i have paid more than principal amount. two cheques are not deposited in my account but you also charged for these cheques as bounced cheques but these cheques were not come for clearing in my canara bank account. I agreed that one cheque was bounced because of insufficients funds in my account . For this i have settled thi account by rs.4697 but only 900 rs were credited by receipt no.00042978 then what about remaining amount of rs.3797 ? I have also attached this receipts scan copy along with this email. So it is my humble request to you , please remove my Written Off from CIBIL. I am facing so many problems because of this. Please initiate positive action at your end. Yours co-operation in this regards is highly appreciated. Please do the needful sir.
