Hi,
I purchased a canon 550d on 27/02/2011 from croma eva mall bangalore.
The down payment was Rs.18,784 and the remaining Rs 25,762.00 i got it financed from bajaj finance.Loan no 4040CD00143027
I paid the initial 3 emis of Rs. 3713 through my ecs and the remainder amount of Rs 18554 i paid together to foreclosure my loan.
Transaction Reference No.-MSBI1069374837 on 29/06/2011 5:30:43 PM.
After that my loan should have closed down but on the latest CIBIL there is an overdue charged on my loan of Rs11000 which i cannot figure out .
i have attached the invoice copy of the product which clearly states my down payment and the remainder amount.
Please look into this matter asap as my Commercial vehicle loan is on hold because of the CIBIL overdue.
I have already notified bajaj before pre closing the account in june. I was under the impression that I have cleared my loan. I wouldn't have been able to know if I wouldn't have applies for a vehicle loan and probably my loan amount would have reached to lakhs.
I sincerely request through this forum to lookinto my issue as I am really in trouble because of this carelessness from bajaj finance.
I would never in future do any business with bajaj finance.
regards,
Inder

Hi,I financed a Bajaj Avenger 200CC bike in 2008, a couple of months later i lost my job and was unable to pay the EMI
I regularly visited the bajaj finance officer.Soon the recovery people called me up to provide me a solution to my problem, which were sent by the bajaj finance company. They asked me to summit the Bike for a couple of days to the bajaj finance godown, and i did that. The next day they told me to get the balance money that was due on the bike on the loan amout or they would sell off my bike in 5 days time. I went to their office on the very forth day with the amount due of 32 thousand somthing, but unfortunately they had sold my bike to a new customer. All this while i thought this was legal and the finance company was authorised to do so. Later this year i realized i was cheated, the finance company is not authorised to sell off the same commodity to a different customer in case of finance.the down payment was 25000/- EMI deposited 4000/- into 7 months equals 28000. Do we have anyone to listen
to all this, or do we find our own ways to get justice.office
