Hello,Below are communication I had with Bajaj on mail.My assistant had also visited the branch and am convince to the level Bajaj finance is operating without any professionalism. The representative very conveniently agreed that since they have targets to meet hence none of the sales team neither collection guys explain the terms which are crucial for customers. I don’t know with whose permission you adjusted my additional EMI amount to Over due chares which is what I am disputing. How can you adjust my EMI for things we are in dispute? I am asking you to waive and you are filling your pockets with easy money. Also since so long I have been following up with Bajaj on calls and mails about additional EMI sent to your account, none of you accepted the fact and all of sudden you have applied the funds to accounts at your convenience. I wish to get proper audit of my accounts to prove about the communication provided to me on additional charges levied on me. I want to know to whom I should escalate this matter to as I am not convincing with replies I am getting from you or the call representative. I state again I am determine not to pay any over charges and since you have already deducted from my advance EMI, I am not going to pay any further EMI till the issue is settled. The EMI due on my account is 1337 monthly and I have asked for ECS option. For Oct'11 I received a call from Bajaj Finance office informing that the Cheque is not honored without any reason. Also they informed me that in such situation I need to pay my EMI in cash every month and I will receive receipt for the same. Since then I have been paying cash till Dec'11 dues and have receipt for the same. To my surprise I have received call today from Bajaj Office claiming additional amount of RS 1400 as against Cheque Bouncing Charges. This is ridiculous as firstly I was never informed why my cheque was bounced. I always had sufficient balance to pay my EMI and have been regular with it so far. Till this 4 months no one from Bajaj informed me about this charges. I see that the responsible staff at your end are not doing their job and its really effecting me as your customer. Also I have taken loan on durable earlier from Bajaj and have never faced such issues earlier.I request you to look into my concern and waive the charges put on me. I am determined not to pay these additional penalty put on me for no mistake from my end. I have been regular with my EMI and would definitely pay all who i owe correctly. i want to submit a complaint on bajaj finance in which the agent of it named shankar mobile number:+918686768110 is abusing since april 2011 for the payment which i failed to pay as a result of telangana samme in march which govt has stopped payment ...and remaining every month regularly i am paying my emi ..and this mnth again i dint pay the emi as the amount i have put in bank for ecs of bajaj fionance it bymistakely cut for my educational loan.. so again on 28/01/2012 morning 11.00 shankar bajaj finance agent called me and asked for the emi pending.. i told him in the firstweek of feb i will clear of my due emis but he abused me to which i went to my nearest police station i.e.ghatkesar and i complained about this to si kishan and inspector has called him and asked him the reason ..and also asked to come to police station on that day but he dint come i have recorded the conversation which he spoke to si ...recently on march 14th 2011 my father has expired due to heart attack and my mother shes is suffering from chronic heart failure since 11 years .... so i want justice and i want that bajaj finance agent punished...

I have raised a query regarding to my Consumer Durable Loan almost 1 month back. I have shared the invoice for the purchase also. The summary of the issues is as follows:
- According to Welcome Letter and Term Sheet the Loan is for 10 Months
- I was said that the loan will be for 14 months
- I paid the advance EMI for 4 months wrt 14 month loan [{(49000/18)*4}= 10888]. This amount will reflect in my invoice attached including INR 200 for EMI card. The Invoice is attached
- According to the Welcome letter. The picture is different.
Please resolve the query as according to Welcome letter my EMI will start by 5th May, 2012. I have also forwarded the trail mail for your reference.

I have been writing to Bajan Finserv for almost 2 months with no response from their side. i have got close to 9 ticket numbers from them but not even once have they got back to me on theis issue. i have even scanned and send the bill to them but even then there is no response. can somebody help here. atlease provide me with the escalation email address or phone number to contact.

when i purchased it from Adhiswars. the total price of the products
was quoted at 46500 and since i was exchanging my old Refrigerator and
Washing machine was given a buy back price of 3500. so my total bill
amount was 43000. the Bajaj representative present there provided me
with the following break up
Down Payment :- 9600
EMI:- 4300 * 8 Months
Loan Amount : 43000
i received these welcome letters with account no
4040CD00287224 and 4040CD00287225
the details of the these accounts are as follows
4040CD00287224 :-- Loan Amount :- Rs 22500, Down payment:- 4500, EMI 2250 * 8
4040CD00287225:-- Loan Amount :- Rs 24000, Down payment:- 4800, EMI 2400 * 8
This totals to
Total Loan Amount :- 46500 :-- this is suppose to be 43000
Total Down payment Paid :- 9300 :- where as i have already paid 9600
EMI:- 4650 * 8 :- this is suppose to be 4300.

With due regards it is stated that 2792/-Rs. extra deducted from my accounts against loan no.4010CD00104441. I have already submit copy of bank pass book one and half month ago in personally to your office at pitampura delhi. But till date I have not yet received refund said amount.
