This is Sabyasachi Pattanayak and Tapaswini Das, We have purchased a Sony LED 107cm KLV-42EX410 from Croma-Koramanagala2 ,Ground Floor , Indraprastha Equinox, Bangalore – 560095 on 16th Oct 2011 with the invoice number “SLF02A058020012186”. We have taken an option of cash to Hire for an amount of 55203 INR with the Zero % interest for 9 months EMI , As per the calculation my monthly EMI should be INR 6134. But the Bajaj finance serve deducted INR 6490 from Tapaswini Das’s account . I have sent so many mails but didn’t get any positive response so far . Only I have got a response that they will refund only the charges that they have charged for insurance but didn’t reply for the extra amount they have charged.
