Hi,

I applied for ECS for my loan and the amount of my loan is Rs 1617/- but I was shocked when my ECS got bounced after having sufficient balance to clear my EMI of amount Rs 1671/- (which was calculated and told to me),So I logged to Bajaj finance site and checked the statement which is reflecting as 1671/- (statement Attached). I tried contact the local agency for it but failed to contact.
So I went to the dealer and asked for the same he also confirmed that my EMI per month is 1671/-, to check the issue he called up the agent, After a long discussion I came to know that without my knowledge they have charged extra amount of Rs 87/- per month for some kind of insurance and hence the EMI per month is Rs 1704/-

After this I again logged in to Bajaj finance site and checked under Insurance Details - There is no insurance available is showing. If I have not provided any insurance then how i can charge for it.

Again I called up my dealer and ask for clarification, it is .......... I don't know what to say.....

For one loan i have two Loan Accounts 4020CD00175334 & 4020CD00175335.
And if they forgot to explain that this is compulsory than why that amount is not reflecting in my loan statement.

Let everything apart…. if insurance is compulsory then why I was asked to sign up ECS with a amount of Rs 1671/- instead of Rs 1704/- who will pay the fine charged from bank to me?

Today i got a msg. from my bank that again my ECS was bounced and i have charged a fine of Rs 275/-

In a month i have been fine a sum of Rs 550/-


I charged a fine of Rs 275/- from my bank and I know that Bajaj finance will also charge fine to me however mistake is done from Bajaj finance,

This is not the first time I am suffering before this I have faced the same issue, Two cheques were dropped in a single month without informing me. When I asked they simply said there was a cycle change from their side whthout informing me.

It was not communicated to me

I need clarification on the above issues from bajaj finance.
I do have all the required document to prove that without my knowledge I was charged more.


Please help me.
