i took a loan from muthoot finance in nov.2011 with loan no.540 by submitting gold jewellery.at the time of taking the loan the condition of jewellery was very good but at time when i closed the loan by doin all the payment with intrest i found the jewellery in very bad conditon they have many cuts in the jewellery when i contacted the branch manager on dated 05.1.2012 instead of listening to my greivences he called the gaurd and did manhandelling with me.they are just robberers sitting in a.c rooms with licence to rob from government.for proof u can check the cc tv recording of jagadhri branch .i need justice pls advice me what should i do.
