I applied for education loan in 2007 for my engineering course. They sanctioned the loan and disbursed the amount from then. The govt announced the waiver in 2009. Although I may not be eligible for interest subsidy between the period of 2007 to 2009. Govt clearly mentioned loan amount disbursed from 2009 to 2010 are eligible for loan subsidy. Still my bank insist me that I cant opt for Loan subsidy. To whom can I contact for this? Please help me. Thanks in advance.
