My name is kuldeep saini and i am working as a manager in automobile sector in Bhiwadi,Rajasthan.
I had applied for a house lone through LIC Housing finance but it is not getting approved as my cibil report is coming defaulter.
The report says that I had taken a consumer loan number-4010CD00017038 amounted Rs31250 for purchasing a laptop and Rs 25000 is pending.
I have not done this purchasing and nor have any Idea who did this purchasing on my behaf as i came to know regarding this only when my cibil report came defaulter.
I have already given the booking amout for the flat I am purchasing and is suffering huge mental and financial losses due to this matter.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and release me from this fix.

This is Sudeshna, I have purchased an AC and a canon camera semi SLR through Bajaj Finance, and with that reference your people have forced me to apply for a credit card from standard chatered. Repeatedly they have called me over phone and finally they have taken my documents (Xerox of SBI credit card which i am using at present, PAN card Xerox, and a pp size photo) they have also made me sign a form. Now after a month when I am quering about the updates of the credit card Mr asish Ghosh behaves very badly oveir telephone, speaks all sorts of harrashing words and also uses slangs and disconnects the phone without answering any relevant information. This behaviour is quite unexpected from bajaj finance. He also threats me. His mobile no is(0)7278034450. After all these I certainly dont want at all to use a credit card of urs so my request to kindly return my documents. I am inspite very happy and satisfied with the services of SBI credit card.
Please check in your records my payment details, you will not find a single fault.

BEWARE : Be Careful when signing the ECS form as they will fool you to [COLOR=#009900 !important]fill in[/COLOR] a open ECS form for the value of the product you are getting financed with them. So if you are buying One Lakh worth of products then they will make you fill in a form where they can draw any amount upto 1 lakh from your account every month till 2025. When we ask them why, they will say that is needed. They should actually get a form signed with [COLOR=#009900 !important]the maximum[/COLOR] amount as EMI amount and then the ending date as your emi ending date. If you are still troubled and having problems send emails to these guys in their company and they will take it up quickly. Rajeev Jain is the CEO of the company and others are their top team. I had issues with these guys and took it up with these guys and got it resolved.

Respected Sir,
I have taken a loan for a bike(Bajaj Pulsar-UP21 W 7595) from bajaj finance (Moradabad Office) and have been paying my EMIs regularly. The agent of the branch office use to collect the cheque/cash personally from my home for which cash receipt dully signed by the agent was given to me. This was the regular practice from the branch office authorities. The authorities have now informed that my monthly EMIS date 22/01/09 are pending for payment. It was shocking for me to know this fact from authorities. I have shown the cash receipt for the same to the Branch office. however, they confirmed that the cash receipts are not valid for this month & requesting me to clear my dues asap. Authorities have confirmed that the agent is missing from their office. I have attached the cash receipts of the corresponding date which was given by the same agent duly signed by him.
They have also mailed me memoredume from the district court for the same.
Please justify the following points
1. How can a consumer can check the validity of the cash receipts which was duly signed by the authorize agent on the letter head of the Branch Office.
2. If the same agents has issued all the cleared dues then why the branch office is not accepting for these months.
Kindly address my complaint for this issue.

i am working in telecom industry. yesrterday i purchased sumsung lcd 22inch in gajuwakha, i am bajaj finace agesting customer 1 half year back and promitely cleared my ecs, thats way i asking the new lone so we give the document to u r exe at that time i ask the executive do u want any another documents pls no sir, after 15 min he came and said u application is reject, in time i am asking what is the reaseon,we don't now he said reckles go ask the office in dondaparthy in vizag he said .I went to bajaj office what is the reason my appalication reject ?, one credit preson he said rudely we don't now any thing so pls you not blaiming your executive total mistake. so pls take my complaint for what reason it was reject and reslove it soon pls.
