To whom so it may concern,

I have taken loan from "bajaj Finance" for purchase of Two Wheeler "bajaj Platina" in year 2006 with 0% finance for 2 year(24months) with 1300 EMI PM.
I have repaid/clear loan amount in year 2008. but till date i didnt get my orignal RC from Finance company i have Xerox copy of RC book which was received
from agent/officer of bajaj finance.

when i inquired by email/phone with bajaj finance they replied your Orignal RC books is not with us. it is with your Dealer. I have also inquired with dealer from where i have purchase two wheeler but as per dealer record they noting have orignal RC books.


Please resolve my complaint
