To whomsoever it may concern,

I have purchased an Air Conditioner with the help of bajaj finance in may 2010
AC worth of 19000 INR, 0 % interest and 1500 INR as installation fee.
I have paid a down payment of 7000+ INR(8 months EMI + 1500 INR as installation fee)
And the EMI is 1499 per month starts from June 2010 and ends May 2011.

But the ECS is debited as 1584 from my account.

I have already took this issue to the local manager.

But so far no step is taken.

Please do the needful at the earliest.

I am really not happy with the kind of service provided by Bajaj Finserv Lending . I applied for loan on the consumer durable goods ( Air Conditioner )in the month of May 2010 , it got approved and the loan was sanctioned with EMI of 1499-/ to be paid every month and down payment of 7000 rs approx.

Already the loan amount was paid in full in the month of march 2011, the EMI deduction is till on, however I have asked for the stop payment towards the same, still the check is been presented for the payment in bank and every time it goes it gets rejected. So I request you to look into this matter. Also I have asked the concern person who came for the collection of the final payment to give us loan closure letter but he did not pay any heed to it.
