Loan recovery by centurion bank of punjab SIr,
I have purchased a two wheeler with loan from Centurion bank of punjab. The monthly instalment was cleared through ECS from my salary account with Central bank of india.
I had received a letter on the 7th august 2007 from centurion bank that the cheque is dishonoured for an amount of Rs. 890.
prior to this they have sent their collection representatives saying that the 10 th instalment for the month of December 2006 is not paid. The other ECS is all cleared for the subsequent months. I had given the proof twice to them that the amount is debited in my bank account on the 10th december from my passbook entry with the central bank.
Subsequent to my visit to the bank to understand the issue they informed that the 10 th instalment for the month of december is not cleared. I showed them the proof. They asked me to check with the central bank for that particular payment.
I have checked with the central bank and they confirmed the clearance of ECS with the transaction ID 2006P16183561.
I have approached the bank with this report and the staff got the evidences and promised that they will look into it.
There was no correspondence after that till now.
The EMI is complete and I have not taken the NOC.
I have applied for a personal loan now and they say that the CIBIL records show that there is outstanding payment with centurion bank, and i am denied of the personal loan.
What should i do now ? Please help.

About LOan clearance certificate I Have purchase two wheeler from Centurion Bank of Punjab,Pune branch .My loan clear but two year they cannot sent the NOC

It is to submit to your kind notice that i have purchased two wheeler through centurion bank finance in 2004. i have cleared the loan through my Andhra Bank Account, but till now i didn't receive my noc till now. Kindly do the need full sir.
loan repayment hi i havee taken a autoloan for two wheeler on 31-01-2005
sanctioned amount was 36863/-
i have paid up the entire amount to the bank still i have not yet recived the NO DUE CERTIFICATE FROM BANK DUE TO THIS AND THE MERGER WITH HDFC BANK Not able provide with same ,
waht is the procedure for the same ............
need to rectify at the earlirest
Noc from Centurion Bank Ltd Dear Sir,
With respect to the above subject we availed a commercial loan with Centurion Bank Ltd dated 21.10.2003, and the above loan was cleared in 23 installments. Centurion Bank Ltd was merged with HDFC Bank. Now the hypothecation was registered in our company ROC by way of Form 8 as per the companies Act. Now we would like to surrender the ROC, hance we request you to issue the NOC letter to close the ROC. We hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

NOC - reg. sir,
we have purchase the TVS Victor on 05.01.2006 from the loan of Centurion Bank Ltd, Madurai. We have pay the all dues, But we could not get Noc from till date. Kindly issued the NOC.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reg. NOC and credit card Respected sir,
It has been 5 years that I had taken a bike and i didn't got the NOC yet.
Also I am having one credit card which was provided by centurian bank of punjab saying that, it is free of cost.
That card was valid from 05/07 to 05/11.
Do i need to come to HDFC and cancel the card ?
Is there any balance due on card ? (As i remembered, I haven't used it once).
Please guide us.

bank is not giving noc sir i have purchased a bike splendor from hero honda company through finance from centurian bank,after completed my installments,bank issued me noc.i hav missplaced my noc.now i selled my bike and the owner wants noc.i applied for noc to hdfc bank because centurian bank was merged in hdfc in 2008.bank is not giving noc and making excuses.my bikes registration no. is rj-13-5m-9320,chesis o. is 02d20c10344,engine no. is 02d18m05326.. . . . plz help me to get my noc.i hav given my instaallments through sbp sriganganagar,s acc. no. 55008775891.thanx
Required Form 35 & NOC I have cleared my loan for two wheeler no: MH01XA7190 (Hero Honda Passion +) for which i have still not received from 35 & NOC from your bank i need to sell my vehicle on urgent basis & i needed both the documents asap.
