Recently I had taken Loan from INDUSIND bank for vehicle.
As per the information from the Bank executive, they should withdraw my first check on 21st of Oct, 2011 which they have not drawn even the funds are available in my account. My first check was withdrawn on 16th of Nov'2011 without any prior intimation to me. And, the second check was withdrawn on 21st Nov, 2011 which caused Check Bounce due to withdraw on 16th Nov, 2011. On 28th Nov, 2011(today) I got call from bank executive that I need to pay extra 400/- Rupees for check bounce otherwise they will charge interest on this penalty. When I check with exetuvie, they said there was technical problem at bank side which caused delay for my check and they wanted me to pay for their technical problem.

Could you please help me on this.
