Dear All,

I have taken and educational loan for 4 lacs in 2003 to presume my engineering degree. By June this year I have settled the loan amount with all the inerest.
But, still the bank is refusing me to return the documents handed over to them as sureity. After many request I could not able to get it back.
Please help me to take this legally or provide your inputs.
