Sir, I had taken a term loan from a cooperative bank which is now get bankrupted. And now RBI has appointed its representative. I used to pay only interest on monthly basis and renews the loan yoy basis. Now that due to bank's bankruptcy I was not be able to pay the interest. I wish to know what is the procedure of the RBI to recover such loan.
