Is there any norms that says Candidate with arrear cannot get bank loan. For me bank loan is not given by Canara Bank. Please kindly give me guidance for knowing the norms. Also help me in getting my loan for my PG MBA in Bharathiyar university.. Reply me to manojsrmk@gmail.com..
