This complain is due to the loan we have taken from Punjab National Bank-Education Loan. It was of my name and my mother who is a govt. employee gives my guarantee for that loan. And after receiving a letter from their side we have started paying the amount(EMI's). But the problem starts --- since we are paying the EMI's these people are harassing my mother for the payment of remaining interest and they didn’t called me for any thing. They are having my mobile number also. They went to my mother's office and start threatening her that we will go to your HOD and will launch a complaint against you and start talking in abusive language with my mother. Also they asked my mother to sign on a paper and she was not in the proper sense she signed that and even she doesn’t take a photocopy of that letter. She felt so embarrassed that she went fainted in the office. Still she is in hospital.

IS THIS IS A RIGHT WAY OF ASKING THE MONEY.PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO WHETHER TO GO TO POLICE OR LAUNCH A COMPLAINT BY WRITTING A LETTER TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE.

MY FAMILY DONT WANT ME TO GO TO POLICE. I AM CONFUSED PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!

This is totally embarrassing, lodge a police complaint against the recovery agents as early as possible. They have no rights to threaten your mother even if you are not paying you emi's, and as you mentioned that you continuously paying you installments then you must raise your voice against them.

I had my account open at Punjab National Bank Branch : Noida Naya Bas(U.P.),
Delhi. My account number is 272600 1500001019. I have shifted to Lucknow.
I want a new cheque book but your branch has said to transfer my account first to Lucknow. So i have submitted an application in your Indira Nagar Branch(Branch Code : 185300) on 7th December. But till date it has not been transfered yet.

So i want that you pay attention to this matter and act accordingly.
