My Brother Has got the loan of Rupee 2 Lcs under (Pradhan Mantry Rojgar Yojna) From Punjab National Bank to start a new bussiness. start from Feb.2008 for 5yrs,
Sir Bank manager start pressuring for EMI from very first month, due to new bussiness he is not able to regular the EMIs, (three emi short ) after 18 months (Aug 2009) Bank sent the the notice to pay the whole amount in 30 days. Bank manager have Blank Stamp Paper sign by my brother, is bank recover whole amount in 30 days
we don't know what to do please help us,

Dear Mr. Kalra,

To sort out such kind of Banking complaint, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank, on the name of CMD and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. You will get the contact details of Banking Ombudsman from the website of RBI.

i have used a credit card of icici bank and now total dues are 48000/-.I was regularly paying my minimum dues on monthly basis but from last 4 months i am not paying this due to my financial problems.I have no money to pay.now recovery agents are visiting my home monthly and calling me and threatning me to deposit amount.I am really scared to it.Can you tell me what should i do?

Dear Sirs,
i hold a private bank credit card and i have to pay rs.17900 approx and some delays had happened due to my financial position. The Bank collection Manager is calling my parents and torturing them by telling them all false statements.
My parents are aged and my father and mother and due to the false statements by the bank collection manager by exagerating the total dues i am afraid they might fall ill or might suffer heart attack. i want to sue the bank personnel in the consumer court and take this legally with them. can some one advise me how to go about

My name is Anwar, I have a loan of 40000 dirham in UAE, I came to India on vacation however due to the given recession circumstances in UAE my position has been made redundant by my company. As per the UAE law I cannot work in UAE for next 6 months. Now I am jobless in India. I have paid my emi on time till I was in UAE now it is getting difficult for me to match up the emi as per the rate conversion and I am unable to make the payments. Bank has started harassing me from their Indian counterpart as well as UAE branch is also calling and both are threatning me to take up legal action. I am completely bankrupt as I dont have job, I have paid them till I can now I dont have money as well as job in India, even if i get a job in India I wont be able to get that salary wherein I can just pay 20000 per month to the bank. I am completly preplexed with no solution. Can you guide.

Sir Bank manager is enable to give us any lone for starting the bussiness. Because I have no any properties and any gold. So sir plz help us.
