Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

I had applied for a Car Loan through Axis Bank for a Sum of Rs 3 lacs for a tenure if 5 years.
I was informed by the Axis bank that there is an adverse entry in my credit report accessed from CIBIL which is showing a default payment of Rs 8040 to Bajaj Finance for a Two Wheeler Loan.

However this is incorrect as I have completed all the payments as per the terms & conditons of the loan agreement from Bajaj Finance.
I have been sent a NOC stating " This is to certify that Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd has duly recieved full payment due to them under Hire Purchace
agreement No "2994644" dated "18/01/2006" and all rights of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd over the DISCOVER - K70110 bearing Registration no KA-03-EU-8193referred to in the said agreement stand extinguished and at an end from the date hereof.

The disbursement of Monthly installments were made through my SBI a/c. Also I have been sent a final statement alongwith the NOC by Bajaj Auto Financewhich indicates "total arrears as NIL"

I would like this adverse enrty removed from my credit report. Please let me know if I need to complete any other formalities.

I have purchased a Bajaj discover bike from one of your dealer located in peenya , I had preferably mentioned at the time of taking the loan that my EMI date should be fixed on 15th, but without my knowledge they have given it to me on 5th of every month. Its just been a week i bought the bike, so plz suggest me the proceedures, that helps me to change the date of my EMI to be paid every month...
